Can i now play both formats NTSC & PAL games on the wii after softmodding or will it brick it using ntsc??

NTSC wont brick it, earlier problem was updating from NTSC game. Obviously you wont want to upgrade now at all

use wii freeloader pal version or ntsc version if its ntsc wii ..ya can also use regionfri i think its called just google for what ive said n ya should find them good luck

Im not fully upto scratch on softmod etc but if you can isntall the homebrew channel, you can stick the gecko loader on there which will run everything you throw at it and will bypass any updates and so on.

And NZB is an indexing file that just points a newsgroup client to the correct posts on usenet.

You can get torrents for wii games pretty much anywhere, google is a good place to start. A newsgroup account will get them quicker but it's down to personal preference. I can't be arsed waiting for torrents so I have a newsgroup account.

try some of the big name torrent sites if you want.

Mininova.org
PirateBay

etc.

Once you burn your games you can then use the Gamma loader in the homebrew channel to load any region of game. This goes for people with hardware chips as well. I had lots of problems with an ntsc game i got and gamma works fine.
