not sure if this is a bug or not

i posted some tilt shift time lapse video's this afternoon in the video section and i didnt notice anything wrong with them, they all seemed fine but ive just been looking and it seems to have doubled the videos one in a frame and one not, ive tried to edit the code that i pasted from vimeo's embed option but when i try to edit the post theres non of the code visible
so i dont know if its a problem with something ive done or a problem since the upgrade,

its doing the same with the photos as well ive been back in to it and tried editing the way i put it in, if i post the link to the jpeg it's only showing the link and if i either add the [img] [/img] tags either manually or using the pop up thing it does the same thing and double posts it
