Help Screen grabbing - auto "fit to page" option?

As the title suggests I am screen grabbing webpages and pasting them into a Word doc. I then have to mess about dragging the borders in different directions to make it clear and fit the page that i am pasting it onto. It's seems a little laborious...

I am wondering if there a "fit to page" way of doing it?

Oh I am using Microsoft Office 2008 btw.

Dunno about in Office 2k8 (that's only on the Mac platform), but you can right click on the picture after it is inserted and set the default options from there as to how images are handled.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

    Nice one mate.

There is an option to Format Picture and then in the Size menu you can set the size to a "relative percentage" of the page.
