Password Reset Broken

I've just managed to get back in df - was locked out for a bit as I couldn't remember my p/w. however, the automated thing says it's going to send me details for a reset but doesn't.

Also if you enter wrong number of letters for raptor then change to correct, it will no longer work until page is reloaded. Also getting anal - the other correct answer of "six" doesn't work either.

Also not sure if the contact us thing works - you will be able to see if there is one from me asking for a p/w reset a day or two ago.

That's because it expects to see the number 6 rather than the word six.

Sorry, should've said, checked junk mail folder as well as inbox on each of the times I've tried to reset.

Also about the 6/six thing, I did say it was being anal, I did use number 6 normally, it's just when I found one bug, I thought why not look for more in case it's any help to anyone.

Sorry, let me start again.

Was locked out - tried the password reset thing which said it was going to email me instructions on how to reset it but nothing came through after trying a few times. (checked inbox and junk folder)

Also it asks you how many letters in raptor as a capcha type thing. If you enter 6 it works. If you enter anything else (including six) it obviously doesn't work, but also then if you do enter 6 after having tried submitting an incorrect answer it still won't work until you reload the page.

Also there is an option to "contact us" which I presume would be sending an email to 4me2/raptor. I did use this a few days ago asking for assistance and received no response although that could be related to post 5 of this thread
