Sony Ericsson c905 battery life

I have had sony erricsons for quite some time now and have just got the c905. I have come to realise that the battery life is pretty shocking which is most unlike all the sony erricsons i have had before. Does anyone else find that this is a problem and if so are there any ways of making the battery life last longer?

My boyfriend has the same phone and the same problem, his was on contract though, so i think he got something fixed.

also depends on your signal strength, if the phone isalwaysstrugling to get receptioin, then battery life will be shite, we have that problem here with 3G and Tmobile, but on vodafone and o2 the signal isalways full strngth and battery lasts ages.

turn the gps off, that seemed to help a bit. i would be more worried about the keypad. i am onto my third phone cos the keypad keeps fucking up!! one of the shittest SE's i have had...

thanks, i have now turned off gps and if the problem persists I shall take it back to the shop as i am also on contract.

Mines ok and I talk a lot on it 1200mins a month. I have Bluetooth on all the time (Car Kit) but keep wifi and GPS turned off unless I need it.

hmm i charge mine every night coz i need to but i also hammer it 129 hours since jan, its my 2nd coz the 1st had a display problem not the usual audio problem but i do like it
