Question Anyone got a Blackberry Curve 8900?

Just got my O2 8900 unlocked so now I've got my Orange sim working in it. Just got a couple of questions i've never used a Blackberry before:

I can I setup my Talk21 email? When trying the 'Email Setup Wizard' I only get the option to setup a work email and it asks for a Blackberry Enterprise password.

What's this Blackberry PIN? Is it used to talk to other Blackberrys?

    Thanks.

pin and imei are on the box and the back of the phone

activate blackberry service on your orange plan (payg / paym both five quid)

go to www.blackberry.orange.co.uk and fill in your pin and imei and set up a blackberry account

remember to take out battery to make changes.

    Thanks for the info Arvin.

When I try to setup the Blackberry account with the above link I get the error:

    Cannot create account:

This BlackBerry® device is registered with a different carrier. Please register this
device and verify that URL of the current website matches the one provided by your
    carrier.

    To register:

    1. In the Application list on your device, click Options, or click Settings Options.

    2. Click Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.

    3. Click the Menu key and click Register Now.

The phone was originally on O2 and never activated. Any ideas how I can setup an account with Orange?

you HAVE to get a blackberry service activated on your sim card (five quid), have you called and asked for it to be added? when you have done that it should be simple,

Once youve done that go to

blackberry.orange.co.uk if that doesnt work go to

    http://www.o2email.co.uk/

register pin and imei and its just type in your new email login and add your current email. none of this can be done without the blackberry internet solutions activated on your plan

i am on orange and can get emails from any email box i want. by the looks of that it does not like your unlocking of your handset.
have a fiddle with the settings.

you can talk to other blackberrys you just need to add their email address within the blackberry messenger and away you go.

There no difference between networks with blackberrys, they can receive any email account and forward it to the phone, they can do blackberry messenger which is like an instant messenger between users of blackberrys worldwide.

Its not the settings, you just need to activate the blackberry service on the account, you cant get it for free, then go to the websites or call 156 from your orange phone for data support.
