2 xboxes, 1 live account question

I have 2 xbox360's, 1 is standard and the other has extras. Can they both be used with the one xbox live account, if the account gets "banned" for any reason will both consoles get banned from live?

They ban the xbox itself mate, so if one gets banned the other will still be fine for Live with the same profile

To answer your question, if the account itself gets banned (for breaching TOC's like swearing in your bio etc) then you won't be able to use it on any xbox. As Rikman said if the xbox gets banned (due to backups), then the account will be fine on any xbox.

Thanks for the reply, so can I also use the same hard drive on both xboxes? and if 1 got banned everything would be fine on the other?

Correct

Although you may then have issues with any downloaded content due to the DRM thing, but you can do this yourself now using a tool off the website.
