tongue got snail antennas hangin down

been havin pain under my tongue all week thought it was a ulcer had a look and it was this http://www.boingboing.net/200806101423.jpg not my pic found it on net any one any ideas i squeezed one and it started bleeding and didnt pop the white bit on the end ive thought about cuttin them off

looks like blood blisters.

i would see your gp and also guy some mouth wash give your mouth a good swill and drink lots of water to try and flush it out
