Was going to list mine as the DS gets all my attention now days. I was interested to know if it did go on Ebay and for how much.

Im not sure weather its safe to sell a flashed console on there so i wasnt sure what to do.

The flashing isn't illegal, only supplying any copied games. The best way to describe it in the listing is to say something like it has custom firmware installed to allow the use of third party applications.

Everyone who's looking for a flashed one will know exactly what you mean by that

or simply flash it back to 1.5 (genuine sony firmware) and sell it as that, again flashers/programmers will know a 1.5 fw psp is just what is wanted
