Just a quick update for those that are interested....

I am now 4 and a half months in, and have just hit the 6 stone mark as far as loss is concerned. I am a 36.5in waist, and 13st13lb in weight.

I have adapted the plan so I have at least 1 full meal a day, and a low cal snack or two during the day and I still lose an average of 2lb per week.

My new target is 13st, then I am definitely stopping!

maybe he's doing the amazon, he calls a pizza place makes an order and has to wait 7 to 14 days to eat it, either that or maybe he's living in the forest and is eating leaves and berrys.

or his fingers betrayed him as he typed, mine do that sometimes they spell things wrong to get back at me for the ugly ladies theyve been put to work on lol

Quick update for you followers...

I had a wee blip a couple of weeks back after spending a week in the lake district, and put on 9 lbs. I then lost 11 the following week and have just weighed in again now at 13st 8lb

3lb loss this week. Only 2-3 weeks to go and i'm done.

not quite there as yet, kind of hit a plateau, can't shed the last 3-4 lbs which is a bit annoying, but I've lost nearly 7 st so I'm not going to kill myself over 3-4 lb!

Well done dude....I shall be showing this thread to wor lass later, who has just completed week 1 of the Cambridge today....Ive been looking at a couple of similar threads to this on forums used by lasses, and the type of encouragement given here is quite different...you don't see any of the lasses asking each other if they were able to see their cock yet :-)

well done mate, the difference is amazing considering the time scale, so once you shed the last 3-4 lbs on the diet whats your plan? do you then just watch what you eat and look more into exercise to tone rather than lose more weight?
