EZS NEC solution

hello all..
does someone find final solution for new MB EZS's which contents MCU called Palirmo,Havanna,....?
it is NEC i think V850
but which programmer i can R&W it?
i'd haered that someone from USA can adjust it to 0 KM
but do't know who is this guy

i think your info not up to date..
i'v friend in USA i'd used to send him EZS for W204 with palirmo,havanna and he sending it back with 0km reseted.
he ignored to share with me wiche tool he use.
so i'm asked here

Please supply the details of this person. I know a few people that would be interested in his methods,lol.
Having contacted NEC direct I know they do not supply a programmer that works with these micros. Iv seen a few read and programmed but they tend to be a bit unstable in the process.
