Nothing will do what you want adequately. MP3s don't store the instruments as separate tracks within the file but the whole sound as one. There are things out there that claim to be able to be able to remove the vocal tracks (kara-oki-fi them) but all these are doing is eliminating certain frequencies so also take away from any instrument that falls within that frequency range.

There is a proggy that will take an MP3 & convert it to midi - WIDI Recognition System. You can run the output through VST & chop out the tracks you don't want. Doesn't work for everything tho
