Another shot of the milky way I took in Llanberis the other night. I did a bit of tweaking in post-pro to get this one to stand out a bit more, and I think this one's better too because of the foreground mountains.



This one's a 30 second @ ISO 3200 again. Unfortunatley the clouds came to gatecrash my party again, but it's good practice for the winter months when hopefully I'll get some really decent ones.

I'm really amazed at how much clearer the milky way is with these long exposures Carl. Certainly when you look at the night sky you can just make out the milky way by the extra stars and brightness but i never thought you'd get this effect with a long exposure.

Like it a lot.
