    Default printing to A5?

I've got a whole bunch of stuff i want to print to A5 sized paper but having difficulties getting it right.

It's mainly webpages, at the moment i'm printing it to Adobe and then changing the page size to A5, minimizing the margins, selecting a left margin of 160mm (for whole punch), fit to printer margins and double-sided printing but it's still not perfect.

Does anyone have any ideas of any other ways to controlling printing or software that'll do it more efficiently?

    Thanks in advance

Make sure A5 is set in your printer properties aswell as Adobe. I aint used adobe to print anything so cant comment on that. But I would expect there's a printer setup option somewhere.

Just had another thought about this, I use Microsoft publisher to do my canvas prints.
If you want say a web page putting onto A5. Get the page up as you want it, press print screen.
Open publisher, blank document, A5 (portrate or landscape). Right click then paste into that. You can move, crop, resize or rotate the image as you desire. You can change margins to suite your needs aswell.
Microsoft Publisher came with my office suite so I didnt even realise I had it until I stumbled upon it looking for a simple app for printing.

Adobe Acrobat 8 is a pile of shite. About 1/3 of the pc's at work have it on and it does the job wrong no number of times. Things seem to be getting better with v9.

Also with regards to printing, if you can get access to a postscript printer your problems should be resolved. Only problem is they don't come in cheap.

in my epson printer properties there is a tab called layout
in that is an option to tick multipage
when you tick this it prints 2 pages on 1 A4 page, and A4 ripped in half is an A5 size aint it

if you have an epson try that m8
