    Default DISNEYLAND PARIS

Is there anyway to get the Disneyland paris hotels any cheaper than the disney site? Want to book one of the 'on site' hotels with tickets for 3 nights/ 4 days. I will drive and book the tunnel separate so its just the hotel booking.

Any ideas or am i stuck paying the disney direct price, this is coming in at around £700 for the seqoria (sp?) lodge or newport bay hotel. Do not want the two star hotels either really.

Anyone been and know better re pricing ?

I stayed in Newport Bay for 2 nights (2 adults 2 kids) however the kids where "free" including flights from Edinburgh and 3 days pass came to £1100

honestly, whilst it was good for the Baronvon Jnr as he was 3 at the time I`d never do it again........ ignorant fecking foreigners !!!! no manners, jumping queues (even their parents where pushing the kids in !!)

I have just come back from DLP. And I stayed in the Newport Bay Club, although it was upgraded to Admiral Club rooms. To be honest it wasn't too far in difference of quality from the flagship Disney hotel, although it was far in distance from the park. But there are free busses.

I have to agree with Baronvon though. The Parisians ruin it. Complete wankers. I spent most of the time starting on foreigners, much to my wives displeasure. The rest of the time was spent moaning about the 100 quid I just spent on a rather ropey lunch. I would rather save the extra and do 2 weeks in Florida than do EuroDisney ever again. My youngest loved it, but he'd have to do some hard grovelling/begging to get me to go again.

Another vote for the States, you will save a packet and won't have to endure fluffy Disney characters repeating the same spiel in 3 different languages.

Shit, I thought I was the only person who thougt DLP is crap. yes we went to DisneyWorld first then DLP and it was such a disapointment compared to DW. I have been back to Florida 5 or 7 times now but have no intention of going back to Paris. The French are ignorant always wanting to push if line we formed a block across the queing area so they couldnt get past so they jumped over the barriers behind and move in front of us. they got kicked out for that as Disney don't like queue jumpers.

This year i will be our 2nd time to Disney Land in California. I can't wait. Disney is brilliant as long as the locals don't speak French.

Save up and go to Florida you won't regret it.

I wish I could get the length of time off work for Florida, so it is Paris for me later in the summer.

Who is refusing to let you have 2 weeks off work?

If your self employed take your mobile with you thats what I do I can do most parts f my job from anywhere in the world and I have a few old work colleagues that I can rely on if I need to visit a site. They help me when I go away and I help them when they go away it works out great.

In my job there is only three people and two need to be in the office so it is not easy getting time off in the six weeks holidays (and I did manage three weeks off last year)
