Totally agree with the 'vulcan birds nips' thing, she can come and decontaminate me anytime. I bet its only the only episode that that shows a fit bird rubbing herself up in

Well actually....

Star wars had originally had such a bad responce from the big film distributors that it was weeks away from being cut down into 6 episodes and released on childrens tv. Luckly someone brought it and after it was released initially - it was so sucessful it opened on more screens than any film prior to it.

Also...

They did release (in 1981) a star wars christmas special. I believe it was about an hour long, with all of the original crew. It was released on TV but it was so cheesy and poor that George Lucas demanded that it was never to be shown again. He also destroyed all of the original recordings of this and it is nearly impossible to get hold of. I'm not sure if I want to see it or not..

There was definately a live action chrismas special, they even went to the wookie home world and you got to see Chewbacca and his Mum and Dad

heh...I've seen the later eps..I'm not gonna spoil anything.

Just gonna say that Vulcans do have emotions....they are conditioned to surpress emotions through religion. Young Vulcans have normal emotions (anyone whos seen the later enterprise eps will know what I'm on about as this is explained)
