Nokia isn’t ready to abandon the N97 and I applaud them for this.

I should fuckin hope not considering it's only been out 5 minutes AND it's their flagship model!!!

It's annoying that they hadn't made the firmware work this way from launch. Accuweather was meant to have been fixed in the last update and it's still hit and miss from the home screen. Let alone other things like turning the camera on and just have a blank black screen and have to turn the phone off and on again to get it to work!

No different to when the N95 and N96 were the flagship models - rushed onto the market with nowhere near enough testing done and both oof them took around a year of updates before they were anywhere near as good as they should have been at launch

Well unless Nokia have something out of this world in 2 years time when I'll be due an upgrade I won't be getting another Nokia. My N95 was fine when I first got it, Nokia just made it better over time.
