    Open iTunes
Drag your music folder into itunes
    Connect iPod
Tell it to sync all music
    Wait for it to finish
    Job Done

    Cheers

You can do, or just select 'add folder to library' from the file menu as kracken said.
I found iTunes a pain in the arse at first but give it some time and it'll start to make sense.

There is an option within iTunes to download covers. In the menu go to Advanced/Download Album Artwork. It will update in iTunes and then next time you sync the iPod it will updates them on there.

Yes there is , but it isnt as comprehensive as TuneSleeve and you cant afaik, add your own covers with iTunes

Yeah you can, just select the files you want the cover to attach to, and drag the jpg file onto the cover section where it says "Drag here to add cover"

Oh thx for the info, I was un-aware of that.

I started using TuneSleeve because of the fact that I found iTunes a bit limited when looking for covers for many of the albums I had at the time especially the releases that "were not out yet" and also some of the more obscure ones.

Since then I just kept on using TuneSleeve and happy that way , but whatever floats your boat i spose

thanks for that.. downloaded it.. i like it , just the job, its simple, like me, cheers
but it still deosnt quite do it right.. i just want to create a directory i.e.called foofighters and then put every foofighters album in seperate directorys within that directory..that would seem the most logical way of doin it ? but this still creats all sorts of random things! artists and albums are all over the place...i wish it would just show up as a removable drive like my other cheap usb players...oh hell
just gonna keep farting about with it for a few more days
