Help Need Black Screen Wii

Need help from someone as i was updating my daughters Wii from 3.4e to 4.0e using Waninkoko's updater .

Everything seemed to go fine , Wii said press any button to restart etc, when just a black screen .
Waited 5 mins then pressed reset and still nothing . Unpluged power and tried again still nothing.

So then tried the GC recovery and still nothing.

Anyone got any ideas whats gone wrong and how to fix?

try install new firmware ie 4.1 or watever system menu u like,if not if u got ur nand backup use that...did u install a theme cus i get black screen sometimes when installing them but can always get back to where i was wif bootmii or preloader

Have tried everything i can think off but cant get to point were i can install new firmware.

Any ideas?
Machine has a yoasm 3.2 chip in it.
have checked the bluetooth in another Wii and is fine.
Have tried the Nintendo's Offical Wii BackUp Disk and no luck.

A duff wifi board can also give you a black screen

yeah i had a black screen on my wii after an update (official one) had to return it to nintendo, if you read the manual i think its stated in their so must be pretty common problem

Well its not the Wifi or Bluetooth Board .
Have tried 3 diff recovery discs and nothing , so may have to send it to Nintendo.
