if i mod a korean wii can i play PAL games on it?

so a mate of mine has a Korean wii, came soft modded but nothing works.

gona maybe mod with a no solder mod Sunkey Lite

would this allow it to play PAL games on it?

Try installing Starpatch on it mate.

Any region chnageris yopur best bet, did that to a jap wii, fully converted to a pal wii, takes sometime.
