Putting sky in another room..???

hi guys a little advice needed here, i live in a block of new flats we all run of one dish all the feeds and amps are outside my front door in a cupbaord in the hall way,each flat recieves 3 feeds 2for the living room and one for the master bedroom,here's what i want to in the living room is move the 2 feeds from one wall to another opposite side but i dont really want to trail cables across the floor/ceiling..!!. i have access to the loft and have found the cables..!!,so should i just cut them and drop them down the wall where i want or do you think i should be more professional and use a sig booster thinking of something like a http://www.labgear.co.uk/products.ph...cid=5&cname=IF Distribution Products&plid=16&sc1name=Home Distribution Units&sc2name=&pid=53&pname=HDU641S then i could maybe keep the other feeds live or maybe even drop a feed into bedroom2 i also have a freeview feed in the loft which i think i could also run through this amp.??
aereials are not my specialltity so any help or pointers would be appreciated...Rob

I would just cut them and join them with male and female connectors. I can't imagine it would make a lot of difference to the signal loss. Definately wouldn't say a booster would be required.
