if you are a customer of rupert at 28 east and are subscribing and your diggi box is on its way out if you phone them and say your bix is acting up they say that they will send out an engineer and will cost you about £ 70
So this is what you do phone them up and say that your box is broken and when thay say that they will send an engineer out for £ 70 just say that you have all ready had an independant engineer out and he has told you that the receiver is broken so you carnt aford to have it repaired so you want to cancell your subscription , they will then say well if we give you a new receiver will you stay whith them you reply well ok,
i have told most of my customers this and all them with receiver that are just about creem crackerd rupert has given all of them a brand new shiney receiver for free
Just got a brand shiny new Pace 2600 the smaller silver/alloy type one.
Lightening fast. Even faster than my mates New Panasonic TU-DSB40.
I would highly recommend.
Its been in a week and no lockups, freezing, reboots e.t.c that I sometimes got on my old 2200 Pace box.
Menu's are instant. Interactive loads better 2.

I told them that at one point and they brought me a refurbished box . I was hoping for a new one as the refurb always resets itself, changes channels, jumps to interactive etc.
