In all honesty the reason why people are not rushing to help you is because you did not read the rules initially and came straight into here without first contributing a little. We have a name for that kind of member.
Also, many of us like myself have invested many thousands on gear from official sources like Enigma or Dashfixer. Because of this high investment, we also receive support and a reliable product which is constantly updated. So when someone like yourself turns up with a £200 clone rip off from China, expecting support from established members like it is your god given right, its going to annoy certain individuals.
What I will tell you is this, for ANY Mileage Correction tool there is no complete manual. Any documents you have may be out of date, for example you have the pdf for Cherokee 912 via soldering points and 4mhz crystal. However, this method was superceeded a while back with diagnostics capability. The reason I know this is because Dashfixer told me and sent me the relevant cable - no manual.
Anyway, you are new and everyone deserves a chance so I am going to help you. For a start, you will need the later Chrysler OBDII cable with single port to connect to Tacho Universal (not the older double ended cable).
Its been a while since I looked at one of these but here we go;
- Turn ignition to Position II
- Plug in later Chrysler OBDII cable
- Go to CHRYSLER -> Diagnosis '01- -> GR. CHEROKEE '01-
- Program Km Required
- Remove OBDII cable
- Switch off ignition
You must NOT turn ignition on or off whilst OBDII cable is connected to vehicle. Failure to heed my warning will result in smoked cable.
If it does not program then attach a battery pack to the vehicle as these things are juice hungry and try again.
If still no joy then possibly your cable is already fried.
Failing all above, just program it the old way via 912, just make sure you save 912 data using 912 TOOLS option in the box BEFORE you attempt to reprogram it just in case. Sometimes the Km can be a couple of thousand out when reading data, this is normal.
Good luck - Im sure you will show your appreciation.
