    you know this is comming.....

    with the remote.

Pop down to a sony centre and you can order one for less than 30 quid.

Buy a remote? I read that the remote model number is RM 933.

£12.99 delivered or cheaper possibly if you bid for one.

If its a tube TV - you'll probably be cheaper getting a second hand TV with a remote!

We have a KD-28DX40U I think and the pod that pops out on the side has a shrouded button, press that and it will ask do you want to adjust the screen rotation or something, the problem is you need the remote to say yes or no, once you say no then it will ask if you want to start auto tuning and search for channels it will do the digital then do the analogue.

Ours is screwed as it doesn't pick up BBC1 or BBC2 after they switched BBC2 off on winter hill at the beginning of the month.

The tv came from the sony center. its one that was going in a skip as its outdated.

Iv tried the drop down buttons m8 but as you say need the remote to go any futher.

I only need to tune it to 1 chanel for the tvlink from my sky box so dont realy want to buy a new remote.
