mine came from me wanting something to do with techno type music and 303 seemed a bit common, the reason i have the double brackets is simply because i lost my password to DF twice and added a set of brackets each time :o:

hehe, i was born on DF

*edit* oops, forgot to mention 303, 909 etc are drum machines and synths used in dance music production

How about a positive LSD story? Would you like to see a positive LSD story on the news to hear what's it all about, perhaps? Wouldn't that be interesting just once?

I chose my name after reading loads of begging threads on a German Warez board where people were just posting "for me too please". apart from that noone else has it .

I was gonna use my email name buttered_cat_paradox but that was a bit long so i chose just Paradox. I got my email name from the buttered cat paradox theory found on the net.

If you drop a buttered piece of bread, it will fall on the floor upside
    down.
If a cat is dropped from a window or other high & towering place, it will land on it's feet.
Even if you are too lazy to do the experiment yourself, you should be able to deduce the obvious result.
The laws of butterology demand that the butter must hit the ground, & the equally strict laws of feline aerodynamics demand that the cat can not smash it's furry back. If the combined construct were to land, nature would have no way to resolve this paradox. Therefore it simply does not fall.
That's right you clever mortal; (well as clever as a mortal can get...); you have discovered the secret of antigravity!! A buttered cat will, when released, quickly move to a height where the forces of cat-twisting & butter replusion are in equilibrium. This equilibrium point can be modified by scraping off some of the butter, providing lift, or removing some of the cat's limbs, allowing decent.
Most of the civilized species of the Universe already use this principle to drive their ships while within a planentary system. The loud humming heard by most sighters of UFO's is, in fact, the purring of several hundred tabbies.
The one obvious danger is, of course, if the cats manage to eat the bread off their backs...they will instanly plummet. Of course the cats will land on their feet, but this usually doesn't do them much good, since right after they make their graceful landing , several tons of red-hot starship & pissed off aliens crash on top of them..............
Bikes.....Better than women because you can ride your mates and yours won't get upset!

why i picked this nickname: seemed like a good one at the time
You know he grew up as a little shitspark from the old shitflint and then he turned into a shitbonfire and driven by the winds of his monumental ignorance he turned into a raging shitfirestorm. If I get to be married to Barb I'll have total control of Sunnyvale and then I can unleash the shitnami tidal wave that will engulf Ricky and extinguish his shitflames forever. And with any luck he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shitwaves.

Well Bilbo, cos my name is Bill and all my mates started to call me Bilbo cos I'm only 5'5" and hairy and it stuck. The V_ bit is an old Quake clan prefix that I still use to distinguish me from the other arseholes using the nick of Bilbo.
V_ was the Vengeance Quake Clan. One of the first UK Quake clans. Most of us now a bit long in the tooth and with too many real life committments to keep playing in the top divisions of the Quake Leagues, so we disbanded but still keep in touch.

Never used anything else except for maybe BilboUK if I couldnt get a _ in the nick.

Needed a "handle" when we used the CB Radio back in the 80's (when it was big) and morph was on the TV then so that did the trick. needed a nick when I started DJing and using mIRC again, so seemed an obvious chioce :-) (MorphDJ/M0rph are other variations hehehehe)
