DS games on Advance?

Can anyone tell me if the newer DS games can be played on the old GBA ? I have a modded GBA and I'm about to go in for an operation (finally going to be called Susan). Would be good to have something to keep me amused.

lol,nope you can't play DS games on a GBA mate, completely different hardware.

You want to know if you can play DS games on a Gameboy advance?

I don't think the carts are even the same size so no you won't be able to. Even if you are talking "backups" the GBA is missing the 2nd screen and the touchscreen. I haven't seen any console/handheld that has been forward compatible.

If you meant GBA games on a DS then yes you can as it has a slot at the botton that will take a GBA cart.

Don't think there is such a thing as a modded DS. You just need a cart that allows you to copy games to it I use an acekard and a R4DS cart, both work fine.
