Whats happened to shopneo

I put a order in the other day for a rrod kit paid by paypal and put my address in when it confirmed at the site i see it had my old address.

so sent a email to sales saying that it was the wrong address and could it be send to paypal one got email back few hours later saying item had been process so thought no more of it

today i got a undeliverable email from sales shopneo and i cant get on the site of course i trust rap but want to make sure if gone to old house i'll go and see if they signed for it

Why dont you ring ShopNeo direct and ask them, your get a quicker answer.

I dont know why people feel the need to push ShopNeo issues onto DF, yeah run by the same bloke - what happens to all the customer issues/complaints that dont know that?

Spennyboy i agree it's easier to call Neo, but when a forum advertises / pushes deals for Neo you can't really complain when people then post questions / queries regarding Neo on here.

yup thats why i though i post here and just wait until someone had the time to have a look not chasing it. its not a complainant just asked if someone here knew why site was down if so then i leave it till later or tomorrow

I've also noticed that when you buy from Ck3.co.uk, after you have been right through the payment pages there is a link that says "Back to Digital Forums" , so I'm surprised no queries have been raised about that site really. I know about the connection with Rap and his mate, but that link certainly indicates an affiliation with this site.

I've got no problem at all with you asking questions here m8 - yes the site is down due to a namesever issue and im sorting it. In the meantime just call Neo and speak to Viv - she will sort you out (01782 819002)

The point been, that the OP asked a question regarding an order from Shopneo on here because of your affiliation to both. But if you go to CK3.co.uk, it also has a link back to Digital Forums, which could be construed as an affiliation between the two, especially for new customers. I was merely pointing out that this may lead to queries been raised on here about orders etc from them, even though it has nothing to do with DF.
That's all I was pointing out.
