Maybe I've missed something but can't see any mention of a couple of my faves:
Lords Of Chaos
Bubble Bobble - soooooo addictive on the speccy, and made me a master on the arcade version!
So many memories, is there a spectrum emulator for the xbox?
dally thompson decathlon or rambo, commonado, best of all was jet set willy on the spectrum and the vic 20
Jet Pac on the interface cartridge.
Also liked Sabre Wulf
daily thomson
u mentioned lots of my faves there but i loved the wally weeks games Automation, Pyjamarama and there was another but the title slips my memory at the mo....lol
I used to love playing a darts game on it, can't remember what it was called though.
i used to love playing minder and the wild bunch
Head Over Heals, Daley Thompsons Supertest (on the 128+) and Green Beret Stand out for me.
Regards, I_B :bat
I had the 128k +2 and I still remember trying to adjust the tape heads with a small screw driver to avoid the "R TAPE LOADING ERROR" with most games as they were copied with a twin cassete tape deck. Also remember doing this for the c64.
When they did finally load I would say
Renegade
Chuckie Egg
Cybernoid
there where 2 more i think....everyones a wally and herberts dummy run.
Was it one hundred and eighty the one that amazed everyone by saying "one hundred and eiiiighty"?
My fave was ant attack which was great when it came out.And turmoil was a good one as well.
