using an adsl wireless modem router over TW cable

I have recently moved from a house in which i had BTs ADSL now I have moved and now got TW blueyonder service. The thing is will it be possible to use my Adsl wireless router over the TW network so I can carry on using my wireless laptop or will I have to buy another router.

chances are the router won't work, what model/make is it I'd be able to tell you if I had a look at the manual
