Ive watched formula 1 for many years and i even admit to being a shuey fan in his benetton days, but since he has moved to ferrari things have got steadily worse. One rule for ferrari/ shumacher (m) and another for everyone else. The austrian grand prix did it for me...it summed it all up. If I said 'I'll never watch formula 1 again', I'd be lying. But I dont think I will be putting things off just to watch it. It hurts me to see the sport I love so much turned in to a circus. 'Formula farce'? Oh yes, and much worse.

Not that i'm a stuck record or anything but how the f**k can the ferrari have an illegal moving wing, they can't have bought off every independent scrutineer in the sport, its just sour grapes from the teams gettin their asses kicked.
Somethin' needs to be done though, its dull as f**k although there have been times in the past when there was an outright better car and driver and it was boring, but its swings and roundabouts.
It could definately do with an overhall though, i though the whole point of having grooved tyres was to stop the cars going any faster and even things up a bit, yeah that worked??

Perhaps they should introduce weight penalties like they do in touring cars, the more successful the more weight, if you come in the top 6 you have to tow a caravan in the next race.

    What do ya rekon

I'll go with formula farce though

i think they should remove all restrictions.. let em do what ever the feck they like to the cars.. let em go as fast as they can...

    would certainly liven things up

but nooooo.. they have to consider saftey.. safety my ass.. they are f1 drivers ffs, safe shouldnt be in their vocabulary...

let em stick warp drives on the back for all i care.. just get em doin somethin .. ANYTHIN!

cos at this rate they gonna have veiwing figs drop like a lead balloon!

    Default I vote for this...

I too am a seasoned F1 fan but over the last few years its got sooo boring its almost a formality after the 1st corner...

ferrari clearly have the better car...but wouldn't u if u have bottomless pit of ferrari money...

I vote for slicks back on, traction control systems OFF and then we might see some good old mansell/senna action...

and if any F1 drivers come to this board, FFS stop being scared of shumacher, bash the c*nt off (he would do it 2 u!!!)

as for austria result ....shocking and embarrasing.

    thats my 2p spent

do you actually watch formula 1 m8,get real, ferrari have only been dominant for the past 3 years, what about mclaren in the 80's.....mmmmm no they didn't cheat at all,or williams.get a life!

i agree with the other points though,f1 has become boring and to predictable,i think reducing testing to 3 days could help and maybe reduce winter testing further, should give the competition a better chance.we'll see!

formula shumaker would be good, and also include formula shumaker races with him racing on his own against himself, That way all of the blind sheep (shumaker fans) could watch him and still be contented leaving the race fans alone
