Never heared of THE Zone Diet, so I had a look on their web site. This quote made me laff...

Personally, I think it's a load of tosh, but that's me. The only way to lose fat and get fitter, is a healthy balanced diet and plenty of exercise, forget all these fancy slimming plans/diets.:therock:
