I used an ab toner for a while - i saw slight outlines of my abdominal muscles appear - but then again - i don't have a bear belly or anything - i didn't want to get rid of anything - just wanted to get something - i.e bigger abs muscles.
I got bored of using it, it feels like as if nothings happening after a while - so i resorted to doing actual sit ups - and found sit ups to work more effectively.
So i've dumped the ab toner - as in really thrown it away - and now just do sit ups.
Sit ups are proving to be more effective, and after i do them, i feel like my muscles are getting stronger and stuff.
And also, the fawking ab toner fawking electrocuted part of my ab area. I don't think i used enough lubricant, and i ended up with a nice small spot type thing - which became sensitive. Itched it a bit, ended up with a small scar - but all is well - was tiny (only about 0.5cm, got worse the more i used it whilst "injured" )
I find situps to be less painful, as situps don't electrocute me.
