Loss of audio on HD channels on my V+
Since earlier this week I've suddently stopped getting any audio from my HD channels (BBC HD and C4) with my V+ box. I've managed to get audio back by setting "HDMI audio override" to "off" in the V+ system menu.. but I'm only getting sound in stereo now, not multichannel. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.
p.s. I emailed virgin for help, via their form and they sent me an email advising me to call a premium rate number.. customer service gets worse and worse.

Errr.. 150 from your landline or 0845 454 1111 if you're not on a VM telephone (which is not premium rate).

Anything other than 0800 is premium rate to me.
