Im looking into some research and i wanted to know if anyone has ANY experience with RFID programming / reading.
basically the situation;
in my business an item is sold by 1 worldwide distributor and alot of people use this item, its not considerably overpriced (for some reason!) and i want in on it a little.
problem is the software reads RFID on these items and only allows items with valid RFIDS to work.
i wanted to somehow create my own rfids to allow our items to work. i can get hold of said items to read rfids and i have been looking into RFID programmers around the net and i can bag summit for a few hundred squids.
reckon im going to run into problems, cause it all sounds fairly easy to me, im also led to beleive that the RFID info stored on these chips is reletively straight forward.
i cant edit the software though as i dont have the source code. the software also doesnt connect to the net to verify these rfid tags so it must be summit simple.
sorry if this is wrong forum, wasnt sure where to put it.
any help, pointers or links to articles would be great.
