Shue is good but senna was more skilled...... I'll never forget the races where he stayed out on slicks while everyone one else was all coming in and he still slid around faster than everyone!!!

Class..... and he had that true racing driver charisma!!

I'm a bit too young to remember fangio but nobody can deny his record..... and to go that fast in open sided cars with minmal helmet skinny tyres and balls of steel!!

I think what makes shuey good is the fact he CONSTANTLY produces the goods. Robotic in precision, but does that make you the best in the world?

You need to entertain everyone to be THE all time best!!!

It's difficult to compare like for like when technology palys such a big part, but for unadulterated skill Fangio must have been awesome (too young to know really).

However Ayrton Senna is my choice as the all time greatest,.

i think fangio is the greatest theres nothing either of the other 2 can do to compare, but they are both pretty level (senna/schumacher) but i think the next to be the greatest is going to have to be montoya, i saw him racing in f3 years ago and he was amasing, i saw him in a champ car and he was amasing i saw him win his first go at the indy 500 and now 2 years in to his f1 career and hes got all them poles

my biggest problem with shitmacher is that 1, hes a german 2, take him out of the best car on the grid and plonk him in to a minardi and lets see him win then.....

Yes but it hasn't always been the best car. Think what Ferrari were like when he first joined them

I've followed F1 for many years and I have to admit when I heard he was moving to Ferrari, I thought it was just for the money.
At that time it didn't seem as though they had a chance of winning the championship

schuey doesn't get the cred he deserves really, like android said, back in 96 wwhen schuey joined, ferrari was nothing, they hadn't won a championship since the 70's.
he and ross braun made the team what it is today.

ps. i did't here that many peeps slagging of mclaren when they dominated the 80's.

senna was good in his day,but i find it hard to believe that he could have surpassed the greatness schuey has achieved.
