    Default Star Trek : Nemesis

What can you say, it's another Star Trek film..

This time we don't see the Borg but we get the Romulans and some other butt ugly guys..

To be fair just felt like watching an old TNG episode, not as bad as some of the ST films but to be fair wouldn't say that this really stands out..

Anyone know when this is supposed to be set because you see Janeway in this and I don't know whether this is supposed to be set before or after Voyager finished??

This is one of those films you'd really need to see on the large screen or on DVD since there are quite a lot of effects - you can see they've cut back on the budget though, quality to see them driving round in a beach buggy in the first half of the film with Picard driving like a nutter...

Is it me or has Worf turned into a pussy in this film, he was well hard back in the old days when TNG first started but in this he's complaining about his hangover and then screaming like a bitch when B4's hand grabs him out of the sand - when did Worf turn gay???

    I'd probably give this a 6 or 7 out of 10...

Why didn't they bring Q back - that could have made one of the best ST movies yet - All Good Things was quality and to be fair stands up better as a movie than probably any of the other TNG films..

aye you're right, I read somewhere this is based a while after voyager got back. one of the older tng films was based after the dominion war which was the end of ds9 so makes sense.

not bad at all, i enjoyed it didnt think the effects were that bad at least it felt like a movie and not just a double episode like previous tng films.

one thing though? it was supposed to be the last TNG film, but that ending was very open in a wrath of kahn type way for yet another movie (those who've seen it will know what i mean)

I read somewhere that there is going to be another few movies starring the enterprise with jean luc at the helm but am hoping that they give the voyager crew a chance as they were class.

P.S - Don`t ever read a script before watching the movie it totally messed it up for me as i new what was going to happen the only surprise was when they found b4 as i thought his name was b9 and they cut will wheaton(wesley crusher) from the movie (probably cause he was crap).

The next film should have the naked wedding ceremony. Could be nice to see Deanna Troi clothes less.

    All the best
