The trouble is those charts do not account for muscle mass, so if you got a big body builder on there for instance he would come out a obese. Im 12 3/4 stone at 5 11 1/2 so puts me ideal

well according to the chart i am my ideal weight..........

but remember guys, its not what you weigh, its what you look like

you may be your ideal weight, but is it that fat arse belly that has got you there, while you walk around with legs like chickens and arms like pipe cleaners...

Hmmm, I'm 5'9" and weigh 13-14 /stone depending on the day. I have a 32" waist so what's going wrong then!! I train three times a week but I've always (last couple of years) weghed at least 12 Stone. Any idea why my weight is so much?

Dont forget that muscle weighs heavier than fat, and the chart isnt designed for weightlifters and bodbuilders, oh and really tall rugby players
