    Default scariest film ever

    lo ppl

ive seen a couple of movies in my 17 years on this world, but none have scared me, ive been from the texas chainsaw massacre to a clown called it and none have scared me

even thriteen ghosts didnt scare me, infact it made me grin and make me do a evil laugh buhahahha

so im wondering what films scare you the most or what is the most scaritest out there.

NOTE: The exorcist and poltigiest and halloween isnt scary, but its for you to judge!

ps. dont know if this should be here but its about movie talk, could a mod backme up if this is ok here

    nice thread matey,

personally the scariest one i have seen is Excorcist as i know that shit really happens in real life ( Jinns/Spirits possessing people )

always makes me shiver every time i watch it,

13 ghosts is a waste of time,

have u seen The Shining? with jack nickelson, thats a good film,

The Excorcist was quite chilling, I do remember House 3 scaring the sh1t out of me when I was 13, but I watched it recently and it was more amusing than funny.

But the scariest film I have ever seen, is a Jap film called Ring..

Excorcist for me also The Omen, its the religion stuff that freaks me out the most.

not a problem with the stuff thats totally unrealistic, Freddy, Jason etc as you can just laugh it off.

But the excorcist is a bit to close for comfort

It really is best if you watch it without knowing ANYTHING beforehand. It would really kick your arse then

that is kinda spooky when you see it for the first time, it changes the way you think about clowns, and most of df will say its changed them!

i quite like stephen king films, they are so realistic and full of tention!

I was really unnerved the first time I watched "The Evil Dead". It was the middle of the afternoon and via mum 'n dad I'd just bought something like a dozen crappy horror tapes from Makros for ten quid (ee, those were the days). After "Day of the Dead", the bit where Ash's other half is possessed and sits crossed legged, smiling demonically while Bruce Cambell paces about the room going mad. The way she was smiling and her dead eyes, cackling "we're gonna get you, we're gonna get you"... I was glad when it ended, to tell you the truth. I had to tidy my room up half way through in an I'm-still-watching-the-vid in a clever not-watching-it way! But I bet you've seen T.E.D. aleady, haven't you?

Failing that then try Bunman, aka The Untold Story, a mad Jap / Hong Kong flick that's not scary just really bloody horrible, espesh the final five mins!

The Omen scared the shit out of me when I was a kid. Bearing in mind Iw as 7 or 8 I probably shouldn't have been watching it. The scene in The Shining of the 2 little girls appearing freaked me out when I 1st saw it too.
