Want to strip some pounds for hols

Hi guys been going to the gym for years now so quite bulky i just want some help with stripping down for my holiday.obviously the diet will change for the next few weeks but was looking at a supplement to aid this so i have 2options i can think of.
1. Themobyl or the like about 35 quid or?
2. Alli about 40 quid as there prescibing method according to there leaflet is a BMI of over 28 is what you need, mines 29 i could go down this route what do you think guys?
B.t.w i'm no fat just that bmi is such a crude way of measuring weight/obesity i'm 6ft4 and 16.5 stone and a loose 36 inch waist,so i should be quids in and i know the girl at the chemist..Rob

I have used Thermobl and it is good but has some nasty side effects.

Takes a few days to get used too and burns your guts a bit.

To be honest though you will still need to put in the hard work and keep to a strict diet.

These things are only aids and the adverts give you the impression that you only need to take a few capsules and you'll get ripped. without the exercise and diet change you will be just throwing your money away.

IIRC Alli is the stuff that makes you shit 'fat snakes' (I can't remember what the 'real' name for it is called), and if it is then it is basically a con.
