    Question card problem

I bought an R4sdhc card, it was badged as the xmas edition and the cartridge it red, when i put the firmware on it for the card, all it does is stay on the loading screen, i tried a 4gb and 2gb memory card in it and still the same, if there is no memory card in the cartridge it still stays on the loading screen, does that mean the cartridge is knackered?

Are you sure you put the correct firmware on it ? Look at the r4 cart on it there will be a web page to go too for the proper firmware.

Definately the correct firmware on it, and the memory card has been formatted at fat32, i think its knackered cos it still gives me the same black loading screen wether it has a memory card in or not.
