Default Xbox to PC upload speed :S

I have recently beed having some uploading to my PC problems. I used to get some killer speed from xbox to PC like 3000kbps but now I'm at a crappy @ 120kbps.

This is proving to be highly annoying when wanting to upload games to burn.

Anyone got any ideas why this has happened, and ways I can make it better?

btw I'm using FlashFXP and a CAT5 crossover cable at about 3 meters length.

Check and make sure you don't have any programs running on your PC like an Anti-virus program. If you have that set to check all files as the come in that can seriously throttle a system. Make sure you have good connections, and check you cable "is it sliced or folded in half".

Have you tried forcing the NIC speed & duplex to 100Mbps / Full Duplex if it's on auto negotiate?
