Xbox Media Player

I installed the beta version of the Xbox player yesterday and started testing it right away. I know that it´s just a Beta but anyway.
One of my MPG i FTPd to the hardisk is playing very fast, very funny, but not what i want :o)
I tested with another MPG and it worked just fine.... a bit. suddenly it just hang and displayed something like the Commodore 64 did when loading a game (if you know what i mean) From there there were only to boot the xbox and try again, same problem.
As i said, i know that it´s just a Beta version. But is there anyone who has encountered the same problem?
I got the X-ecuter mod and the Evo-x on HD (the original HD)

Are you using Beta 5? I have had no problems with it. Maybe it is the format of the MPG. It doesn't like SVCD format.

Yes it´s beta 5. I don´t think it´s SVCD format because it starts to play the movie, but after some time it hangs, are not sure if its the same location it hangs. Will try the MPG on my PC to see if the same problem occurs there.

Hmm.. maybe report it on http://www.xboxmediaplayer.com The support they give is pretty good and the developers know what they are talking about
