No news and updates?

I've noticed a few changes recently like ABCMan becoming an admin and the layout of the site has changed a few times, (maybe a Vbulletin upgrade?) but theres no news about them in the Forum News and Updates forum. How can we expect people not to repeatedly ask stupid questions if we arent told in the news + updates?

i think the sarge got super mod status and cam returned to the ranks a well but , yes i've noticed that announcements have been slipping recently too
