OD on creatine and drink lots of water, dont bother with the weights bit - too much effort

Best way to build up

Back and Bicepts

then

Chest and tricpeps

do 4 sets of 3 exercises for each body part. You wanna get big do lower reps like 4 lots of 7. If you wanna tone up do higher reps like 4 lots of 12 but use lower weights.
