must be sumthing wrong wouldnt attach img for the third time?, anyways i'll just explain, i was on themexp site and i went to goto gamewallpapers.com and insted of the site loading up i got an error msg saying users bandwith level exceeded !, and i was only on 2 sites, not downloading anything or on any programs, just came on to look for a nice new wallpaper, bt r bastards sumtimes, anyone else has this msg yet ? first time i ever had, and i havent even downloaded much this month
btw just on normal 500k bt adsl
It was probably the site you were trying to look at that had reached its bandwidth limit and not your connection. They are probably scrimping on costs and only have a basic package with their domain hosts.
