I'll have a look for it here for you, see if I can pick some up. I'd say it probably has sbrasives, but I can't be sure till I check my cloth next time I use it. Mer has been around for years btw, I used it about ten years ago when I emmmmm 'liberated' a bottle from a night club I worked in who's cleaners used it to polish mirrors there. It's good stuff, but not as good as Auto Finish.

I use that Zymol stuff and I think it is excellent. No need for polish and it shines up alloy wheels really well. Its also made of organic materials and smells of coconut

Here is a pic of my dads car, not sure if Zymol was used on it this time, but its bloody shiney

Hope you don't mind me joining in as I have just registered to the site. My family have lots of modified cars so the shine has to always be there for shows or general cruising. We use turtle wax the appropriate colour for the car. It gently removes any small marks. Have tried lots of expensive polishes and waxes like Autoglym but find that it is not necessarily the product you use but the way you apply it. Nothing will beat elbow grease and plenty of time. Good old-fashioned T-Cut will also do the trick but will take ages and ages!!!!!

Where you get that stuff from?

I've got a 94 Corsa and while the bumpers are still quite darkly coloured, the plastic bits that go around the top of the wheel arches look really washed out and light grey.

Looks amazing doesnt it. I think that was taken at the time when we were useing AutoGlym shampoo then polish. I think it helps that the picture was taken back in the summer.

Just bought myself some "swissol" cleaning products £300 for the pack but it is the best you can get by a long chalk. Results are sheer fantastic

You can get it from halfords or most petrol stations. About £5 a can.

From New Autoglym... wash, resin polish (2 coats) then topcoat (2 coats).

    Weekly: wash
    Monthly: resin polish
    6 Monthly: topcoat.

Car is 3 yrs. old and still looks like new after a wash.

Also use Autoglym glass polish & alloy cleaner.. both of which are shit hot !
