Stargate final series?

Any of you guys know if this is the final series or not, i heard it was but have'nt seen it confirmed anywhere, seems like all the best stuffs coming to an end.Last nights double episode was a corker.

There were rumours that Season 7 would be the last due to Richard Dean Anderson wanting to spend more time with his family. This was never fully confirmed tho and I belive the series has been handed over to Sci-Fi, so I think it'll carry on for awhile longer.

Farscape is the next one to face cancellation

I've read that this is the Last season, but they have currently stopped mid way through the 6th season (ep11) and they continue again Jan 2003. During this break they a debating a 7th season

firefly is supposed to be quality.

got the original pilot (wank quality) and ep 101 but haven't got round to watching it yet..

might give it a spin on sunday
