Help HELP NEEDED - How to fix windows7

Hi , ive had windows7 installed on my DELL laptop for over 6 months now, everythings been fine until about 3 days ago when i done something really stupid and turned on the automatic updates , as you may of gattherd its not a genuine copy and now its flashing up in the bottom right hand corner saying
    "WINDOWS7
    BUILD 7600
THIS COPY OF WINDOWS IS NOT GENUINE"

I would be really grateful if someone could advise me on how to fix this , i have turned off the updates now ....
    Thanks for your time

RemoveWAT could also be of assistance. If you can find it...
