    Default problem with asusP4T533-C M/B

    it seem to work fine but when i shut the computer down the cpu fan and the video card fan stay on i have to hit the switch on the psu to get them to shut off when i hit the psu switch again the the computer powers up with out hit the power switch i would appreciate any help

    Have you heard of "commas" and "periods"? Are you sure your motherboard is not supposed to do that? Even if it isn't, have you tried leaving the computer OFF for an hour and see if they turn off by themselves? Because that sounds like a very good feature, after turning off your computer, your CPU and GPU will stay hot for a couple of seconds and that heatsink might not be enough to cool them properly becuase they are still delivering heat and there would be no air flow anywhere, just the already-hot heatsink. Maybe check with ASUS if you really don't like this.
