New program for Xbox Hard Disk
I've seen a new thing that allows you to change your HD for a bigger one and you can d/l the image of the dvd into your hd so you don't need the cd-dvd anymore. I think it's called Xplorer or something like that. Where can I check more info about it???
xboxcopy or boxexplorer but u dont need them to put games on ur xbox hd,just need evox, but if u want more info goto www.xbox-scene.com they have tuts for n00bs...
you still need the evolution x 2.2 bios to upgrade the hd and the program your talking about is ok but i find it best to transfer your data from the dvd rom to your pc hd and then back to the xbox.ive done about 50 games like this and have had no problems at all,hope this helps.
a modded x-box is needed theneither use a evox bios or if you have a x-ecutor you don't need a new bios.
Then fidn a prog called HDprepar (the last one is the 1.3 i think ) to prepare your hd.
Thne plus your new hd for the x-box in your pc format it and then launch hd prepar and just click on prepar button (enable zeroing option)
This porgram write 0 on each sector of your HD (it had take about 12 our for mine HD!!!! but it's normal)
Then plug it on your x-box boot it with a cdrw with evo-x
and format it by ftp (i forgot the command but search on x-box related site like www.xbox-hacks.net.
